Soon after the HP V5020u, which is a 1080p pocket camcorder, made news for being a Flip competitor, the latter came up with hot updates. Cisco has released for sale its four new Flip Models. Strategically, Cisco has decided not to have their camcorders record 1080 video to enable reduce the download times and make its operations simpler. Including two Flip UltraHD models and two Flip MinoHD models, the new line packs some additional features like a hardware-based always-on image stabilization system and record 720p videos. Another added feature called “FlipPort” at the bottom of the cam will enable you to use any third-party accessories too with the Flip. The UltraHD models offer quite a range of colors like new magenta, blue and white. Available in 4GB and 8GB, the Flip Ultra HD camcorder will retail for $150 and $200 respectively. The MinoHD models on the other side look manly and offer color options like silver or black. While its 4GB version will sell for $180, the 8GB version retails for $230.
